We are looking for the best use of Lumabase products to showcase in our 2025 calendar. Submit your best photo for a chance to be included! What makes your vehicle stand out from the rest? Show us those special details that make it one of a kind.

Submit your Car, Truck, or Motorcycle photos to us and you might be one of the lucky few to get their ride featured in the 2025 Lumabase Calendar to be distributed across the US. We are accepting submissions until August 31, 2024.

Suggestions for Submissions:

• Please do not include the following:
  • Interior or solo engines
  • People
  • Restoration process
  • Close-ups
  • Car show backgrounds
• Photos must be of vehicle you personally own
• Be sure to have good lighting that is not too dark
• High-resolution camera
• Use a great background
• Each photo size should measure a minimum of 3900 x 2700 pixels, or 12″ x 9″ high, with a resolution of 300dpi
• Make sure all photos are in focus
• Limit number of photos (max. 10)
• Pay attention to unwelcome reflections.
• Take your time to plan your photoshoot. Consider the time of day, location, lighting, etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

In order to participate, you must agree to the following terms:

1) GRANT – I hereby grant to Wesco Group, LLC, and its affiliates, and to those acting on its behalf, and their respective representatives, successors and assigns, (The Grantees), the right to use, publish, distribute and copyright my testimonial, statements, sound recordings, image or other likeness (photograph, video, portrait, drawing, composite or otherwise, including distortions thereof in character or form), in any and all video, multi-media, print, pictures, websites, publications or other medium, for any and all purposes, including advertising, publicity, promotion and other purposes of trade, without compensation. I authorize the use of my full name, title and company name, biographical and related information. Wesco Group, LLC may summarize or shorten statements. I understand and agree that these materials will become property of Wesco Group, LLC will not be returned.

2) WAIVER AND RELEASE – I waive any right to inspect or approve any picture or likeness so used or the copy used in connection therewith, or the use to which it is applied. I release, discharge and agree to hold harmless the Grantees and those acting under their permission or upon their authority, from the production, reproduction, or use thereunder of my picture, likeness or name, including any liability for any distortion, optical illusion, mutilation, alteration, or other circumstance that may occur or be produced in connection therewith, whether intentional or otherwise.
